Due to the custom nature of the products we produce at Custom Captain, we are unable to offer returns. Your custom products are designed with care and are personal to your boat.
If you're unhappy with your artwork, we do offer unlimited revisions of your file.
Also, if you have any damaged products upon arrival we replace them 100% for free. For damaged items only, please email us at help@thecustomcaptain.com and provide us with a clear photo of the product displaying the issue. This will allow us to share it with our product team for further investigation.
